Intelligence findings may change as new information becomes available
Threat assessments represent professional analysis, not guarantees
Customers remain responsible for security decisions and remediation actions
Unit6 cannot guarantee the prevention of all cyber incidents
Security outcomes depend on numerous factors outside Unit6’s control.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Maintaining appropriate security controls
Protecting access credentials
Reviewing findings and recommendations
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligations
Evaluating business decisions based on intelligence provided
Unit6 acts as a security partner and advisor but does not assume operational responsibility for customer environments unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Availability of Services
We strive to maintain reliable access to our platform and services.
However, Unit6 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to:
Perform maintenance and upgrades
Modify or improve services
Suspend access when necessary for security reasons
Discontinue features or functionality
Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant service interruptions.
Confidentiality
Both Unit6 and customers may exchange confidential information during the course of engagement.
Each party agrees to:

Security incidents caused by factors outside Unit6’s control
Unit6’s total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable services during the preceding twelve months.

Third-party service availability
Third-party security practices
Third-party content accuracy
Changes made by external providers
Use of third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
Termination
